I don't know whether the reviews posted are genuine. We were charged huge amount with the understanding that Day 1 packing will be done and Day2 loading and delivering at the destination. All packing and delivery done same day with no package numbered or mentioned the things in the packet. All material was hotch potch. The dismantled cupboards and bedsheets were reassembled with lots of difficulty. It was worst experience with Southern Expres
