I recently used SRC Movers and Packers to shift my luggage and 2-wheeler from city Bengaluru to Maharashtra, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite attempts to negotiate, they refused to reduce their service charges and demanded full payment upfront. The pickup staff was rude and careless with packing, showing no professionalism. Shockingly, the pickup person siphoned petrol from my vehicle, claiming it would be sent separately, which never happened. This not only felt dishonest, but also violated basic trust. They had promised delivery within 7–8 days along with a tracking ID, but instead they loaded my items into a half-empty transport vehicle without any tracking information; just to cost-cut their transportation expenses. My luggage was rammed in hastily, resulting in damage to both the boxes and my vehicle. Upon delivery, no unloading staff was provided, contrary to what was promised, and I had to unload everything myself - physically exhausting and completely unprofessional. When I raised these issues, the staff was dismissive and refused to acknowledge the poor service or the missing petrol. What’s worse, their behavior towards customers - especially female customers, was disrespectful and lacking basic courtesy. This company clearly lacks accountability, customer service ethics, and operational discipline. I would strongly advise others to avoid SRC Movers and Packers unless they want to risk damaged goods, hidden costs, and a frustrating experience. A service that fails to deliver on its promises and treats customers poorly deserves to be called out.
