Recently I went to buy a tube light, but along that I took the starter and told him to check that first it’s working or not. But he refused to check that. Then I bought light and went home and I checked , I found starter only problem. Again I came back and told him starter only problem I don’t need light you can take back, again he refused to take light back. This is not proper way of doing business. Don’t think customers in a way of money making. Always try to solve customer problems then only you will get grow.
