Price is high and they try to give local company products with high profit margin. If you ask branded sure they tell hight price you have to compare with online price and bargain. Try to avoid buying normal products you get it from other shop and here they have all home appliances spare parts. Sure they charge more but no option I didn't find any alternative shop in hosur to get all spares. High note : don't give any product for service here sure you will lose money
Customer service is very very bad, selling very low quality spares with higher price,if there is any compliant not attending and no response.Hosur people don't go to this shop.Even this single star I don't want to give for this shop.
They are big frauds on servicing electronic goods, I gave my UPS for servicing and they called me and said the motherboard needs to be replaced and the charge will be 1850/-, and will take 2 days. But after 1 week, they called me and informed it is ready, so once checked the ups, asked them to give the old motherboard and they said the company will take them and give the replacement, so upon doubt, I checked by opening the UPS and found that they have not replaced the mother board and only they have serviced it.For small servicing they charged 1850/- , by saying the entire motherboard is being replaced till it was opened and checked. So pathetic and unreliable. Totally fraudulent.
The price is too high, and they are behaving rudely to the customer.
I will buy new water heater, after one month back material was not working that seller said We don't know we are not claiming in warranty and problem is not our side problem is your side. Very worst behavior anybody not giving respect to customer. So kindly don't get any material in that shop.

the worst electronics shop in hosur never buy anything here,worst service and they wont respond if any issue. they will never return money when the product doesnt work and if asked for replacement, they wont respond and wont even care as they got the money.
