Ordered some products from a portal and to my bad they chose these guys as transportation. For the first 20 days there was no tracking. I was following up frequently because I was going to be out of town. It came after I went and they kept on calling about the parcel. I travelled 20 KM to get my parcel and the Vijay or Bijoy at prashanti nagar branch was very rude and he is like wait for 1 hour. You are not our priority. If you make fuss I will keep the parcel and make fake claim. You complaint to head-office and head office has 2 numbers for customer complaints but they are totally useless. If the parcel is important/valuable to you then you are in danger of losing it with these rowdies. Completely avoid this company unless your requirement is bulk or huge.
They don't even talk properly. One guys says truck is available. Next guy says no. They cut the call on between. Not trustworthy
