my fridge got repair, when i called the service center they sent their staff and he replaced the compressor, but not the one which is suitable for my fridge, the next day the freezer was not working after changing new one,, then the staff attended and rectified,, then after one week again freezer not working, informed multiple times no one till now attended the complaint. one staff very rude when he came to attend the complaint. poor service, the old tray to collect water is not fitting in new compressor.. not dealing with proper trained staff basically.. still our freezer not working, i raised complaint,, but staff are not worried about our complaint as they are on pongal holiday,,, worst service, please dont choose this service center

Very bad. They spam with repeated calls and disturb you almost everyday. They will force you to buy many unwanted things. My biggest regret is buying a Whirlpool Washing machine. In fact the machine was working fine, but just after first service, it started malfunction. During service, they only sell some stupid scalegons product.

I give it for 0/10 they are very fake. Very worst service the new product original price is 800 but they charged for 5000 still now not giveing purchase bill very very very worst they charged 3time more money for service don't book for your future services.

Engineer Ramesh attended my semi automatic washing machine. Issue got resolved fastly with polite attitude. Thanks for the service

Worst Service waste of money..i service 3 time in a month to my washing machine...but with in one month same complaint to repeat.....

I called for Whirlpool fridge. They changed mother bord saying it is fault and charged 8100 but did not change original istead equivalent but did not inform us and that bord also was faulty one fridge did not work even for a day. Unskilled skilled labour. They won't pick your call. Worst experience no proper follow up it took 3 weeks to repair fridge. Giving unreasonable answer for when asked for i rach out to service centre. They will never call back and give update. Better not reach out to this service centre for any issue.

Water leak in top load washing machine,Sakthi have come immediately after complain raised, sort out the issue and explain the maintenance process in future in polite manner, happy service, recommend to everyone for whirlpool
