Don't ever make a choice of him. He is manipulating the things and asking more money...and make sure properly I have given a specification. Otherwise he is asking more money..and give a proper item list.. if u miss one item you ll be in trouble

Please be very careful about these guys SRS packers and Movers. They are all frauds. I sent a bike and washing machine with these guys they picked up the items without packing saying they would pack at their warehouse. While they quote they s Rs. 5500 and sent a 10400 after the items are. I had asked them to send a picture of packing but they didn’t send. I had to even go to police station because of these guys. After so much of follow up items reached the place damaged 2 wheeler glass was broken and washing machine had so many scratches. They had not packed a single wrap around the items. Please be very careful don’t handover your valuables with to these frauds. If possible we all have stand strong and teach them a good lesson. It will be good if we all make them shut their fraud business.

I am giving this 1 star because I don't have an option of 0 star. Please don't go by the 5 star ratings and reviews. It is all fake and paid. Even we have booked with them because of all those reviews. Even this company is all fake. The office doesn't even exist at the location they mention. They have different websites and mail-ids mentioned in different places on the net. I have even contacted those concerned websites and they have told me they don't even know who this person is. They will sweet talk to you till they pick your luggage and you complete you full payment in advance. They will promise that they will deliver to you in 1-2 days. Which will never happen. When you ask, they will tell you that the lorry had already left and broke down somewhere midway and all such kinds of stories. Later they will not answer your calls. My luggage took 2 weeks to be delivered. I had to get police to contact them for finding out where my luggage is. They delivered it the next day in that fear. Some of my luggage went missing too. They will demand extra money when they come to drop off the luggage. They don't provide you and estimate or receipt whatsoever regarding the booking. Never book with them.. They are the worst packers and movers in the name of another genuine all india big company SRS packers and movers.. They are no way related to them is what the original company people have told me. Please be cautious about such cheaters!!

As many customers had pointed out, they will ask for more money (almost thrice the original quotation citing tax, labor charges etc) after picking up the items for delivery. Be rest assured your things will not be delivered until you make the additional payment. Even after making additional payment, delivery will not be on time. If you are still going ahead with this team, please ensure you ask them about OTHER charges and the FINAL price (get the bill) before the pickup of your things.
