Ms Shajetha and Bhavani are very unprofessional - Unacceptable Maid ServiceI engaged your agency's services during the last week of February 2025, paying the upfront fee of [23000] with the clear expectation of receiving a competent and reliable maid. Over the past nearly five months, the agency has repeatedly failed to provide a suitable domestic helper, causing significant disruption and distress. The service provided has been consistently unsatisfactory, failing to meet even basic standards, let alone the assurances given by theagency. Specifically, the issues encountered with the maids provided are as follows: * First Maid: Exhibited unprofessional conduct by criticizing my children. * Second Maid: Was severely lacking in basic domestic skills; she could not cook, maintained poor hygiene, and displayed a clear lack of manners. * Third Maid: Was unhygienic and took frequent, unauthorized leaves, impacting household management. Despite my repeated complaints and clear communication regarding these deficiencies, the agency has failed to provide a viable replacement or resolution. It is evident that the upfront payment made has not resulted in the provision of a single good maid, indicating a significant lapse in the agency's screening and quality assurance processes. The continued provision of unsuitable candidates, without proper background checks or skill verification, contradicts the very assurance of good service your agency provides. Given the consistent failure to deliver the promised service over a period of almost five months, they did not refund even partial amount Such bad services Its pathetic that we can’t have voice and they put wrong ratings on the Internet

The maids they sent were polite, quick learner and got merged with the household seamlessly without having to repeat. Especially in elderly care, where we had been having several issues with other agencies, this agency had a personal touch with involvement in the customer needs. Recommended to several of my friends already. Wish them well.

Was given the reference of Standard Maid Services by a friend and have been using them to get live-in maids for the last 10 months. Given the nature of this industry, the fact is its hard to get reliable maids who work long term. But with this agency, they have always worked very hard to give me a replacement as soon as one leaves. A lot of times, the maids have to be trained to do the jobs as per my liking and it is frustrating when they leave after a month or two. I really appreciate the support of Ms Shajetha who picks up my calls whenever I have a problem and makes sure she sends somebody so I am not inconvenienced. The agency is just a facilitator and does not train the maids so the job of training them does fall on us. But that is the reality of this industry.

30/1/2025 - Fraudulent and also LIARS. In reply to your response below - If you'll were providing non stop service and provided us replacement then why would I write a bad review. And what rubbish - Nor my mother has any "long term candidate" Infact, they don't have any of your maid working with them. And despite calls and emails - you are not refunding our money paid for 12 months of service. To anyone reading this - PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A MORE RELIABLE AGENCY. Horrible service by this agency. Do not recommend anyone hires them for their services. Waste of money and time!

I had a very bad experience. The contract is signed with lot of expectations with list of jobs that the candidate is supposed to do. Agency do not take any responsibility for the actions that the candidate take. They are just a wall where you bang your head. They have a policy of one month salary as their fee which is non refundable. And that's it...their work is done. The candidates/ the maids have their own rules of what work they will do and what they will not. You just can't say anything for that. When you complaint to agency about this they say they will replace and the story continue.very disappointed with the agency and the candidates in just 3 months of my experience. My money time, energy all gone. I would never recommend this agency.
