Horrible experience with this company. I shifted from Bangalore to Ahmedabad, and most of my luggage consisted of clothes and books. Only three items—a TV, a scooty, and a table—were expensive and needed extra care. And guess what? They managed to damage all three. Before booking, I specifically requested them to handle these three items with extra care. Unfortunately, that request was completely ignored. They broke the TV screen. They broke the table leg. They damaged the scooty brake lever. Even the packing was below average. I asked for 2–3 layers of bubble wrap, but they refused and used only one layer. The cherry on top? When I reached out to ask about refund or compensation, they ignored my calls and responded very late, if at all. As per them, I have to take insurance for them to handle my stuffs safely ans carefully. I already paid 23k, and now keep my parcel safe i should pay more? What kind of logic is that??? importantly - this insurance thing was told to me after my stuffs were damaged They will speak to you so politely and softly but when it comes to providing service, its worst. Highly unprofessional and disappointing service. Definitely not recommended.

I'm writing to share my recent experience with the SL international packers and movers agency, I hired for my relocation on today May 31st. I was very clear in my communication with them about the importance of leaving the society before 6 PM. However, as the time approached, they kept giving me false promises till 5.30 pm and ultimately, the moving attempt failed. The agency was only able to refund me ₹500, which was my booking amount, leaving me in a difficult position. As a result of their service failure, I now have to pay an additional month’s rent, which is quite frustrating. I think all the 5 star reviews are paid one.
