I recently vacated my flat and took Safestorage services. All the people were very nice and flexible. They packed all items very nicely and each and everything was packed with proper packaging with bubble wraps and sheet. Really recommend them to everyone looking for storage services.

BEWARE! Damaged 60k worth of goods, offered 1k as "compensation" Absolutely horrified by the service from SafeStorage. I trusted them with my household items, and they returned my AC, premium speakers, and a full-size mirror completely destroyed. The total damage value is ₹60,000. When I raised the issue, their "support" team had the audacity to offer me ₹1,000 as a final settlement. This is not just a service failure; it is an insult. As a father of 9-month-old twins, I don't have the time for these games. If you value your money and your belongings, STAY AWAY. Taking this to Consumer Court immediately. UPDATE [Jan 29]: The company’s reply below claiming they "tried to reach me" and received no response is FALSE and misleading. I have sent detailed emails (most recently yesterday) with a clear settlement offer to resolve this. Your team has ignored my written emails and only tries to call my phone to demand I delete this review without offering a written resolution. I require a paper trail. I have refused to discuss this over the phone because your team refuses to put your offers in writing. To Management: If you truly want to resolve this "at the earliest" as you claim here, simply reply to my email sent yesterday with the written acceptance of the settlement while my AC, Speakers and Mirror sit broken in my house.

Very neatly maintained warehouse. They have been doing meticulous cleaning and maintenance regularly. I was always treated courteously and politely by Bikram Puskar, Sudhakar and their team. Very glad that I chose Safe Storage to store my belongings.
