I came to know about Tridev packers and movers online. With all the hesitation I gave him the work to pack and move my household items from Sindri to Dhanbad Their guys Rajesh and Satish and definitely a few others to credit, did pack and dropped the things at destination. Important to mention that I was not present through out the process. Good points to note: Mr Dey was nice and polite. Didn’t linge on to price and did negotiate in a polite and non rigid way Their staff were nice to talk to and replied. Shared the photo of things which were not good and it’s a good thing. Points to consider for improvement: Real time update on phone via video call or record and share kind of thing of what they are packing and how r they packing online Overall I feel they can be trusted to move the things at a place like Dhanbad where people are highly highly unprofessional in their work. I just informed them today at 12:30pm and said that o needed it to be done anyhow by today itself. They were really quick and prompt to respond and quickly heard my advice and they did deliver by 2pm the same day itself. The staff was really cooperative, nothing shady, a proper bill was provided to me and everything was transported for me very safely and promptly. I was highly impressed with their service and would really recommend it.

Amazing great service received by tridev packers & movers. Today only I got my things delivered. I wanted my delivery from Sindri (Dhanbad) to New Delhi. The person in charge is extremely polite, helpful, punctual and transparent. I was worried as I wanted an antique wooden almirah, wooden table & a bike to be delivered. Firstly the packing was just spit in perfect. Absolutely no damage or scratches was there and the things were delivered n unpacked safely. I was also amazed by the punctuality of this logistic. It was delivered on time hasselfree.
