Disgusting service by shiprocket fulfilment, made un necessary delay by picking up parcel on behalf of courier
Worst service ever, i would give zero rating foe the app. I have been using shiprocket app for a very long time. Earlier it was delayed delivery problem. Now its weight discrepancies. I mention extra weight from my side to avoid any issue despite this they are putting every second parcel of mine in weight discrepancies and deducting charges from the wallet. After raising complaint and sharing proof of dimensions there is no resolution and they just decline the dispute. I have been delivering same dimension parcel since the very beginning and now its all worst situation. If you are also small business owner, I would recommend to look for some other alternative
