Myrentspace Gurgaon Facility

I stored my storage in gurgaon last year and it cost us more than 50k.. our experience was good before so we withdrew it at the end of april via housing.com.. we paid another 50k transport for the storage just to know that it is not ours.. again paid more to get our storage and send what is not ours.. but again carton boxes that was sent to us was wrong.. we have been following up with him since then and its been 5months and yet we didnt get out storage back.. and i said i wont be sending the storage back which is not mine.. i saw reviews and there are many who have been struggling with the same problem.. i even visited the warehouse and searched for my storage and i also got 2 of the carton box in just 4-5hrs.... but suraj, who is the coordinator there, said he has to shut down the warehouse now as he is hungry and its already v. hot.. and cannot continue more.. and he promised that he would search for it.. but its 3 months and no response yet.. and i know that my rest of the storage is also there somewhere, misplaced, and after seeing the condition of the warehouse, i know that this suraj has really messed up big.. pl. Help him and give mine and the other customers their storage back.. or else he would really spoil the image that you ppl have built .

This review is for the ground level staff who are associated with packing, shifting and storing of items. One of the personnel Suraj did a good job while moving items to storage in Delhi. He has also well co-operated while shifting items from Delhi to Kolkata.

Extremely poor service – my furniture was damaged, several items are missing, and there’s no way to contact them. Once they’ve received your goods, they completely ignore you. I’ve been trying to reach them for the past two months with no response.

Not maintained properly. Very messy and no cleanliness. All goods are just piled up one above the others. No rack, no proper spacing, it's just a godown.
