Very bad experience. They should shut down the company. Staff is very unprofessional and delhivery is not even at door step they ask to visit office for pickup the parcel even after paying the delivery charges. Totally not satisfied

Why are you guys even operating if you cannot provide proper services. A parcel was supposed to be delivered to me but it never came. Going through the reviews of other customers, it all seems the same. They are simply not delivering the package to the owners and when someone complaints or proactively calls them, they have the same story- the package is big, it will be delivered the next day, there portal says consignee will collect the package from the hub and all that bullshit. Shut down this outlet of yours right away if you are not willing to do your work. Unprofessionals.

Very unprofessional staff. First of all they will deliver your product late and you only have to follow up with them many times that please deliver my product. They don’t know how to talk to the customer. This is not expected from Delhivery. I tried raising late delivery issue with support but here again the same thing happened. No proper management to handle the query. I hope I never use Delhivery service from now on. They are pathetic. Worst service ever.

Worst services ever have experienced from any courier services. My courier has been lying with them for the last 5 days, and every day I have been getting notifications on WhatsApp that Your Order SP24-XXX from XYZ (AWB 1200XXX2) is now Out for Delivery by our executive (9XXX XX9 XXX)⚡ . Share OTP ABCD to receive the order only when the executive is at your doorstep. But he never comes instead says (upon calling the number) the item is big hence will be delivered tomorrow.
