Overall, a well-managed experience with fast processing, though the location could be more central for better accessibility.

For Accenture employees, the laptop submission process is quite smooth and takes only about 5–10 minutes. Even though the location feels a little far, the overall experience was pleasant. Simply scan the form and submit the laptop.

Person called and informed delivery would be tomorrow, also informed feasibility to deliver if visited dhl warehouse. Good to visit and take delivery. Get any identification with you for in place deliveries.
