And apologized for any inconvenience. I appreciate the response. Thank you. Adding my edited review after the whole Process of payment : 1. I contacted the number on Google and spoke to a representative, I asked what is the pricing for a 2 bedroom apartment , she said we go by item list and I asked should a make a full List and she said no make a list of all big items and we have boxes for all other stuff . I asked how many boxes should I have , she said it’s usually 9-10 boxes. And for sofa set, fridge, 2 bed and mattresses, washing machine, cooler, dining table and chairs, cabinet etc . I was given a quote of 55,000 rs for 1 year and 10,000 for moving and packing. We spoke multiple times on call and she was very polite and gave responses very patiently. I asked is there any deal she said pay 3,000 and book the date and pay the whole amount one time for annually and we will waive the 10,000 moving costs. I agreed to it. 2. Moving day: the movers came and did a great job and did not say anything they just packed everything we said without question. They brought 12 boxes ( very small boxes than what I thought a moving box would be) , I had storage bags for clothes and I packed all my clothes in 5 storage bags. We had 5 paintings and which were all packed in our bedsheets securely and we also added 2 gas cylinders at the last minute they said sure and they moved to storage. 3. Next day I got a call to talk about the annual one time payment and they said my bill was 85,000 rs for one year storage. I was shocked and tried to reach out to the representatives. The PROBLEM started here, the representative who was so considerate and patient earlier during calls has now no sensibility and was very rude in her answers. So, I asked connect me to your higher level I need to talk to them and she said I am the manger and you can talk to me only. So, I tried to reach out to the customer service ( in Pune) and they said they are no managers in any branch and they weren’t that helpful either, they said I will be contacted again by representative. I was dealing with allll this when I had my flight to USA in the next 8 hrs. They simple kept saying no of items increased so is the price . I said this was not clearly explained before while giving quotation and they simple said it was common sense to understand. How is it common to understand that your quotation is 55,000 and final bill can be 85,000 rs . I felt very deceived and the fact that I was stuck to do anything because my stuff was already moved to their storage and to get it back I had to pay the amount they charged. Finally I felt : I was scammed because I was not clearly explained while quoting when I asked should I list all items of 2 bedroom apartment she simple said "no, please list all big items rest eveything will go in boxes" . I even asked your movers also did not say anything and they said we never say NO to our customers and we take everything to storage as if they are doing a favor, while they are charging itemized price and everything little thing. Everything seemed flawless and proper until the final payment was charged. Final amount I paid : 83,600 rs + 3000 rs to book the date , so a total of 87,000 rs for one year of storage. I would have easily rented an apartment in the same price to store all my stuff easily. Earlier review on packing and moving: Praveen and team from storage did an awesome job. They started at 11.30 am and they packed till 7 . It was 2 bedroom apartment. They packed everything very cleaning and professionally. And they are driving it to safe storage now at 7 . Took longer than I expected but service is great. It was a team of 4 people.

Most of the reviews here seem fake. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company. They charged ₹9,500 to deliver goods from their location to mine I stay in Gundlapochampally same place as their warehouse located, which is hardly 5 kms. During the move, they damaged many of my items. Several glass items were broken, my home theatre system was damaged, and they even delivered the wrong refrigerator. It took them three days to return my original fridge. The delivery staff were very rude and kept demanding a large tip. Even after I paid, they did not fix or place the items properly. When I emailed them about the damages, they replied that since I had signed the delivery document, they were not responsible. I only discovered the damage after opening the boxes myself. I have attached photos as proof. I also showed the broken glass items to the delivery staff at the time, and they told me to email the company. Their response was simply that they are not responsible because I signed the receipt. I strongly advise others not to trust this company. If you are already using their service, make sure the delivery staff open all boxes in front of you and show every item before you sign anything.

Really impressed with the team and the service. They did a great job—very professional, punctual, and careful. All items were extremely well wrapped and handled with care. Great work overall!

I love the way Tarun from transportation and Anil team packed the goods. It's completely professional. Previously I used some transport company for packing who have done basic packing. But with safe storage the packing was too good. They have packed everything into boxes, double wrapped it to ensure no damage to boxes .I recommend any one who needs professional packing to use safe storage.I am completely happy with the work done
