*Disappointing Experience with HRDEV Ji Cold Storage with Mohan Nagar* I recently visited HRDEV Ji Cold Storage in Mohan Nagar to purchase potato seeds. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff member attending to me(Mohan Nagar). The individual, who claimed to be from Mohan Nagar, lacked basic customer service skills and displayed a rude attitude. Despite making a purchase, I felt disrespected and disappointed. Fortunately, I contacted Mr. Jang Bahadur Ji, who promptly addressed my concerns and provided assistance. *Feedback* To maintain the company's reputation, I strongly recommend: 1. Providing customer service training to staff. 2. Addressing attitude issues among employees. 3. Ensuring knowledgeable staff are available to assist customers. *Rating*: 1/5 stars (would be 0 if not for Mr. Jang Bahadur Ji's intervention)
