Very bad service.they damage things. They dimand over charges.No one ready to take responsibilities.

I recently hired them to move my RE Interceptor along with some accessories across to Pune from Jamshedpur and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team handled the move with me not physically available to supervise the move, which was my biggest worry knowing how easily it can get damaged in transport. They completed the move faster than expected without any damage and the bike reached Pune in the same condition as it was handed. The packing is a call out it was indeed very securely packed. A job very well done.

They have trained Packers for packaging of items and packing quality is awesome. Delivery on time. I had a great experience with hassle free service time to time.

I am changing my review as while checking the items it is identified that TV unit was not handled properly due to which it is damaged. While checking with the safe and secure team (Aryan) it was informed that nothing can be done and this damge doesn't qualify for any insurance claim.execesive heat was provided as reason for damag. Even though I had taken insurance still they said this damage they are not liable for. They also informed that you should have checked the items and reported the issue within 2 days. As I had done unpacking after a week and came to know about the damage after 6 days thus I am not eligible for any claims. Point is why are they not ready to understand the customer issue and pain. Bad service

I am highly satisfied with Safe and secure packers and movers. The material used for packing was extremely good and also the people handling the items were well experienced. The cost of shifting also seems at leat 30 % less than other peers. All materials reached the destination safely. Thanks to the team and expect the similar service in future too.

I did my shifting from jsr to blr, everything was positive in the service. I took several quotes and they quoted almost 30% less than the market standard. Material used for packing was used in sufficient. OTD and OTIF was satisfactory
