Very Poor Experience I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I paid almost the full amount before the work even started and kept only ₹1000 on hold because my ₹45,000 bed was handled very badly. They didn’t use a single wrapper or bubble wrap, even after I asked multiple times. Because of this, I had to get the bed polished myself. The workers and supervisors were actually polite, but the owner’s behaviour was shockingly arrogant. The moment I held back ₹1000 for the damage, he started talking very rudely, as if I was doing something wrong by expecting proper packing. When I showed the damage, he kept saying it was "just dust", even though his own workers confirmed the marks were real. The service itself was messy — I had to coordinate with 3 different people, got calls from many numbers, and the team that was supposed to start at 10 AM only showed up around 12:30 PM after repeatedly saying "we are on the way." Even my fridge was moved without bubble wrap, and now has scratches. Overall, no proper packing, no responsibility, and no respect for the customer. Very disappointing experience, and I hope they genuinely improve.

We made a booking from karimnagar to hyd on 24 october night . this company took advance and had a visit to our home and took a look of item to be shifted and gave a suggestion of correct vehicle and now after waiting for 2 days this shine packers and movers had cancelled the booking and gave back the advance.this is a very bad experience from this company and how they are not responding to calls and messages so pls don't trust to this company from 2 days we are waiting for them but they are not responding . Very good service from shine pakers and movers in karimnagar .They provided me,service with good efforts and took care of sensetive items tv and glasses items and Rajesh and bunny were hard working people .They provided the service on time

I don’t recommend this packers and movers. Don’t trust them — I had a very bad experience. They delayed the pickup a lot. Some of my items were lost and others were damaged.
