Very poor services they have lost my stuff while shifting it and the stuff that was shifted was damaged as well. Upon contacting with the company they were miss behaving and saying they are not responsible for it. I have been shifting my stuff around the country from last 10 years but have never come across such poor services. They were so rude that they said we will pay you a thousand bucks give a good review on Google. Upon countering their statement they said moreover it was old stuff so it's not even worth it. Really I wonder that people who have given good reviews for this business are genuine or fake. The way they delth with me was absolutely condemnable. Hope people who are planning to use their services in future should think twice and may consider other options as well.

Used their packing service for shifting from Sodpur to South Kolkata flat household items, it took 4 hr for whole packaging, loading and transfer to complete. Received all item in good shape. Can be recommended for any shifting

Very good service. Shipped from Kolkata to Singapore and all items were received in good condition. The men who came to pack were also very efficient and polite. No complaints.

Very worse experience ever. First off all the cost was very high, when we registered for taking the service they used to call multiple times. My parcels was supposed to shift to Hyderabad from Kolkata, it took 15 days to reach in my place. When i opened the boxes most of the products were in damaged condition specially my fridge it was completely damaged from down side, the boxes condition was very pathetic (wet), when i called them for complaining about my loss they started ignoring calls, and then picked up once and said ok mam our team membe will visit to your place for further investigation or you can send us video of that damaged product. I have sent them the picture but no reply has came from their side, continuously i tried to call them since last 2days but literally they are not responsive at all after i complaint. Today morning when i got frustrated after calling them multiple time,when i started scholding then they replied of my calls and saying we're thinking about the settlement but after this behaviour we not gonna do anything. Also that person stated do whatever you can do . I wouldn't suggest anyone to take this service , this is complete fraud, they are charging more than the actual weight.
