This cold storage is for storing agricultural commodities for a long time at low temperatures. Chillies and chana are the major items stored here. This facility is part of the market yard in Ongole. This is the second year I am using their services. The complaint against cold storage’s is that they switch off the cooling periodically and some sell the stock without knowledge of customer. Last year the quality of my stock remained fresh. I don’t think this management is dishonest.
