He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful, explaining everything clearly and ensuring all my requirements were taken care of. His attention to detail and customer-first approach really stand out. You can tell this place is very well managed, and a lot of that credit goes to Sujit. It's been 2 months with Self storage and i am really happy with their assistance and service. Mr. Sujit have been a really great help with finalizing the right size storage space and proper access to goods when required. The security is really good. You can trust your goods in a safe space with closed eyes.

Sujit ji truly makes this place stand out. Soft-spoken, dependable, and deeply committed to his work, he ensures every interaction feels smooth and reassuring. He follows processes carefully and treats your goods with genuine responsibility, almost as if they were his own.

Worst storage. No proper pest control. Kept my goods for 5yrs and when it was time to take out the goods, there was rat and had damaged the goods. And had fungus.

cameras. The staff is very helpful and i would appreciate behaviour of Mr. Sujit Roy who is supervising their Noida unit and is always ready for any kind of help. He even arranged a good and reasonable packers and movers for me to move my stuff. ❤️2
