The staff is functional, but the processing time for loading/unloading could be faster. It’s a reliable spot for basic storage needs, but don't expect a quick 'in and out' during peak hours. Decent cold storage facility in the Palakkad area. The temperature management seems consistent, which is the most important part. However, the surrounding premises and the loading bay could be better maintained and organized. A bit of a renovation or better lighting would go a long way in making it feel more professional. Average experience at this cold storage. The location is convenient for transport, but the customer service is quite basic and slow. It gets the job done for ice and bulk storage, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and facility cleanliness.
