Unprofessional staff and last moment changes. Not recommended
Packaging is good but don't rely on transportation on packers and movers they overcharge you. Get only packaging done by them if you can't do on your own and then find a transporter in your target location who transports from source location. This will be safest and economic way of transportation.
Recently I have used their services, packaging was very poor, a big dent in bike fuel tank. Though person who came were very hardworking but lack experience and packing was very poor. So negative for packer and movers, but a huge praise for the person came for their efforts other than their efforts whole experience was in poor side
