I had a fantastic experience using their packers and movers services from Sangli to Pune. They also provided storage facility in Sangli for 2 weeks. Omkar and his staff were polite and the communicated properly, I didn't have any trouble in arranging the pickup & delivery, which was on time. I transported new home stuff (fridge, washing machine, bed, utensils etc) and it was transported without any damage. Overall happy with the service provided by Omkar.

Worst behaviour towards customers ,dont understand why people have to be rude to customers i wanted to move my bike and for it i wanted to get it packed so i called on the number they provided, the one who picked up the phone was very rude to talk 1' didnt even provide info 2'misleading 3'rude to customers Congo omkar packers you people get a big 0 stars from me i wanted to give a minus star but here was no option so ye hope you get the point '
Not even deserved 1 star. They promised to deliver my vehicle within 5 days from here to nagpur but it took them more than 10 days. The partner courier delivery person is not responding nor omkar packers is helping either way. They have just poor management and only focus is to earn money without provding end to end service. Very pathetic. Be cautious peoples.
