The most disgusting and vile creatures, I ordered on 28th August, it got shipped on 29th and the courier was moving fine until it got to Srinagar and I still didn’t receive it. It’s showing that there is a natural disaster in Ladhoo for 2 whole weeks which is absolutely false news as my relatives live there. These people are lethargic, lazy and the worst delivery agents ever. I emailed to the Delhivery main office to shut down this branch entirely and make them lose their jobs. Pathetic.

Worst experience totally uthethical staff not disciplined i visited there to pick up my parcel which was supposed to be delivered before one day of my visit. Unfortunately as expected they never delivered parcel on time. Finally i myself visited there for pick up my parcel even though having a prepaid parcel still see the seriousness of these delivery agents. There they are messed up with me it will take almost 5 hours again even after visited there. Worst service worst staff ... Dehlivery company as well as owner of the outlet should take this into consideration they are exploiting the name of the courier company as well as the those parties who opt them for services

First, they didn’t deliver the parcel in a day, and I had to go myself to pick it up. They had even misplaced the parcel I had to go there three times. Then, they charged me 100 rupees just to give me my parcel. Now when I need to return it, the return has been approved, but no one is coming to collect it. This is the worst courier service ever.

I was expecting my order on 20th now they are not delivering it showing it due to wheather, wheather is all good I'm not able to call them call getting discounted they don't have any other number worst service

This delivery partner located in rainawari is slow to deliver your parcel. I went there to collect my parcel last week. One of my parcel was cancelled without my consent. But overall service is good and satisfying. They are very hardworking people and also humble. I hope next time I will receive my parcel at my home from delhivery.
