This service center for Godrej appliances, was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Despite repeated attempts to get my issue resolved, there was no proper follow-up or accountability. Even Godrej as a brand has been disappointing in terms of after-sales service. I expected better support and professionalism from such a reputed company. Unfortunately, both the service center and the brand fell short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend either to anyone seeking reliable service or quality support.

Terrible experience! I purchased a Godrej air conditioner from Harsha just over a year ago, and the installation was carried out by the Godrej team for around 2,000. Unfortunately, the installation was incomplete; they failed to seal the surrounding area with white cement and neglected to address several external holes. We’ve only used the AC for less than a month since it’s only operational during our vacations, and now it’s completely ruined due to rats that accessed it through the unsealed openings left by the Godrej team. We requested a replacement unit since we hardly used the AC, but they denied our request, claiming it was our fault and that they bear no responsibility. Afterward, we had to replace four parts, which cost us an additional 2,500. The service has been incredibly unprofessional, and my experience with both Harsha and Godrej has been very disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing from Harsha, as they seem to lack control over their product services.

There are numerous places to go to and Harsha chose this snooty place. We got a call 6 days ago we as complained about an issue and booked a service through Harsha. The people from this service centre called to say someone is on the way on that very day. That’s is 6 days ago. Today, as I spoke they said they were sending the service guy to some random place. Has he been travelling from 6 days to the destination? When asked, collectively, 3 people started yelling on phone. Murali and some 2 ladies. Murali was extremely impatient and hung up the call. If you are independently booking anything from these people, please do not.

Worst service experience for Godrej refrigerator, which was bought from Harsha, Udupi. No communication between the employees or technicians.

Worst service. There's no proper response for the issues placed. Even after depositing the said amount, the appliance was not delivered as promised date. It's already been a month and we have not received the appliance and also we are not given a refund.
