Very horrible service and full of lies. We got a quote from Fast Track with no clear breakdown of surcharge, tax, or insurance—insurance was only mentioned on the day of payment, which felt dishonest. Still, that wasn't the main issue. Knowing he had to shift urgently to Bangalore on a Sunday for a work transfer, my father asked the Fast Track salesman in Chennai if Sunday delivery was possible. He assured us there was a Saturday night truck and the items would reach by Sunday morning before 12 PM. We traveled from Chennai to Bangalore and stayed in a hotel. Sunday morning, we got repeated calls demanding full payment before delivery, even though it was never agreed that full payment was required in advance. My father paid by 8–9 AM. At 6 AM, we had received a message saying the items had left Hosur. But till 2 PM, there was no delivery. After repeated calls, the salesman gave us another contact number. This person, supposedly from Bangalore, asked, "Which company did you book with?"—he said he wasn't from Fast Track but delivered for multiple companies. We were shocked. It became clear Fast Track had handed over our belongings to a third-party transporter without telling us. During packing, they even used the Porter app to move items to their "office" as their truck didn't show up. Later we learned the truck had broken down in Kanchipuram, and the items hadn’t even left Chennai. The salesman then switched off his phone. Others from Fast Track had no clue and kept passing the call until one person promised delivery before 7 PM—which also turned out false. Eventually, the salesman called back, saying the delivery would be the next day and blamed us for "arguing." My father reminded him he had asked in advance only because of the Sunday urgency. But the salesman didn’t care. We had to sleep on the floor with no belongings, after spending money and trust on this service. The items finally arrived at 11 AM the next day. The delivery staff confirmed the items had only left Chennai the previous night—proving that even the Bangalore contact had lied. Most items arrived undamaged, including glassware and electronics like a microwave and mini-fridge. But our scooter and dumbbells were scratched due to poor handling and insufficient packing. They didn't cover the scooter’s front, leading to visible damage. We tried calling the salesman again but found we were blocked. Beware: 1. They hand over your items to unknown third parties without disclosure, increasing risk of damage/theft. 2. They hide full cost details till the last minute. 3. Once payment is made, customer service becomes unresponsive. Avoid this service if you value transparency, safety, and accountability.

I lost many items and suffered significant damage during transportation from Vellore to Calicut via Fastrack Packers & Movers. Despite requesting that they label boxes containing glass vessels and a mixer grinder as 'Fragile - Handle with Care', everything was broken, including the mixer grinder.All glass bottles got broke and powders got spilled all over tha package.There were total 6 boxes. Except clothes everything was damaged. I've requested compensation, but they've not responded.

Naveen and his team was so professional And maintained the timely delivery They just packed in two hours and delivered in 4 hours to Bangalore They only did tv , geyser and UPS,reinstallation works as well Definitely can prefer the team

Reasonable price for the service. They sent us very friendly and dedicated labourers. Three boys had come. They're genuine and trustworthy workers. Thank you for sending us lovely team Fasttrack packers and movers.

Naveen and his team were excellent in packing and shifting. We moved from vellore to Chennai and it was the best choice to select this Fastrack packers. They were very friendly and hard working.

Yesterday I took their service they promised to also uninstall and install the ac and geyser the technician they sent was horrible didn’t know anything did a lot of damage I had to bring in another technician to fix his mistakes they don’t even refund or accept their mistake they can only sweet talk that’s all. I am very upset and deeply regret taking their service. Please don’t take their service if you don’t want to suffer losses and damage . Pay extra 2000 but take a better packers and movers company to do your work and save yourself from a lot of headache and fights. Save your money people
