THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. STAY AWAY. I stored my household items with this company for nearly 4 years and trusting them was the biggest mistake I made. When my items were returned, the condition was disgusting and unacceptable. Items missing Multiple items broken and damaged A new cot DESTROYED beyond repair I have been following up for more than two months and these people have done absolutely NOTHING. At the time of storage, they confidently claimed that everything was covered under insurance. The moment damage actually happened, they did a full U-turn and started giving cheap excuses, saying the cot and other items are "not covered." This is deliberate cheating. The so-called insurance is a blatant lie used to trap customers. They take your money, damage your belongings, lose your items, and then refuse to take responsibility. The staff is arrogant, rude, dishonest, and completely unethical. There is zero accountability and zero professionalism. They simply hope customers will get tired and give up. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT STORE ANYTHING VALUABLE HERE INSURANCE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR INSURANCE PROMISES.
