Very Disappointed with the Service! I had scheduled a washing machine repair and confirmed everything over the phone with who assured me the technician would arrive on time. But no one showed up. I waited the entire day and received no call or update. I even tried calling back but got no proper response. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you can't keep your word, at least inform the customer. Extremely disappointed and won’t be recommending this service to anyone.I will definitely think twice before using this service again.
