Extremely unprofessional service given by Amol Bansode and his team.They don't know anything about deep cleaning and furniture cleaning -they scratched all the new laminate surfaces while cleaning and not accepting the mistakes done. They have done extremely poor work on site, having dust everywhere, not cleaned the floor and not picking up the phone for the final cleanup even after paying the amount decided.They never give a proper budget and never stick to it.They have taken 3 times the money decided and did not deliver the final result. The owner always gives personal reasons relatives not well etc to take money from the clients Architects and interior designers stay away from super clean agency.It was a very unpleasant experience for myself being an architect and given the work to them.

Very pathetic service and the owner Amol is utter unprofessional. I asked him to deep clean a 2 bhk flat in Garden City, New Radhika Road, Satara in mid Jan,2024. Firstly he agreed for Rs 3000/- and on the day of cleaning, he asked for Rs 4000/-. Since I was in hurry to get it deep cleaned before we shifting I had to agree. I gave Rs 500/- advance. After cleaning done on 21st Jan he called and asked for balance. Since I was about to reach Satara I asked him to wait for an hour. He urged to pay immediately. I paid balance online. When I reached flat I was shocked to see the quality of deep cleaning. I had the experience of deep cleaning quality done by Urban Clap in Pune. But this particular agency doesn’t know difference in sweeping and deep cleaning. All the cupboards, windows, doors, kitchen top, beds and sofa set were as they were before, not cleaned. When I called him and asked to visit the flat he agreed but didn’t turn up. Next day he promised to come but again didn’t come. Since last 8 days he is not picking my phone. I tried reaching him through 10 different mobile numbers but he is not picking the phone. He is absolutely unprofessional. Quality is pathetic. Doesn’t know anything about cleaning and deep cleaning. Had I paid Rs 1000/- to a home-maid, she would have done better than this agency. I strongly recommend and urge guys please stay away from this agency.

A 3 member team led by Amol Bansode carried out cleaning of our 4-bedroom bungalow in the outskirts of Wai to our general satisfaction. The bungalow had been unoccupied for 3 months. A little bit of supervision was required from our side to ensure all areas were covered.
