Terrible experience with team. Even after coming for inspection two days in advance the labourers sent did not have the tools to dismantle the bed leading to delay of over an hour. Further delay was caused due to lack of vehicle to transport. It was highlighted during inspection to Raj that the new house is on 15th floor which will need some extra labour for shifting a study table via stairs but was charged extra for the same on the day of shifting. There was no use of bubble wrap at all leading damage to furniture even though it was mentioned in the estimate. Not recommended at all as no one bothered to take responsibility especially Satyam who admitted to forgetting important details that led to delay.
