Horribly Late, unprofessional, Wrong Information, Overcharged. We asked for plumber on Thursday, who after constant calls and remainders, and enquires to call center as well as the plumber, arrived on Tuesday. We asked about minimum charge on phone, and were told there isn’t one. When the plumber finally came, he said this is minimum charge, and took Rs 200 for a meager task, which he knew beforehand, for which he came unequipped, and thus did a hasty temporary job and not a proper solution. Highly not recommended.

My Ac was not working well, i found Surat home service on google i wasn't sure to use service but out of my surprise they call me within hour and register my complain. their person was little late but he did excellent job

Very bad service, told high charges for very small work and demand visit charge with very bad behavior, person came without helper and demand help from our side, service owner also behave very badly.

poor services.. rude behaviour of employee.. if they dont able to solve the problem then also they will charge you.. suggestion:- never take service from this site. poor service + high charges

Very bed service...Very high charge...Very rude...Very unprofessional... carpenter charged 200/-for one dril...Can you imagine..So please be aware....
