Worst experience with this water tank cleaning company. I called 3 days before to make and appointment and they told someone would call back within 24hrs. Its been 2 days & no one called back. I somehow got the number from Justdial for Coimbatore location and made an appointment for morning 10.30am. At 10am, they called and said workers have gone to hospital and so we can come only at 3pm. I told them we have work after 12 & so if you can arrange a different team, it would be helpful. They said ok and told us that they would come in half an hour. Someone called me and said, sir can you pay as petrol allowance as its far. Why should I be paying more for the mistake on your end. Customer service is the worst here. Please dont give services here as they have a lot of attitude.

The person who confirmed the appointment spoke she didn't even know about the booking on the day of the job and spoke very rudely, very unprofessional team, based on their word we removed all the water from the tank and had to buy water from outside.

Our service very good and fine. Service point 10/10 Excellent. Tq very much TANKRO.
