worst service by TCI, wanted to give them business deal, but that non odia manger is so uneducated and dont understand time value in the business. its been 6 days they cant do pickup. i am happy that i did not do business with them. just want to tell your company, for guys like you here in odisha that make us not grow.
My parcel arrived from last 7days and they are asking me to take my percel from their office. And it happens every time. Am facing this issues almost 12 times, they also lost my one percel when i asked they started arguing. You TCI guys are doing so bad with the ppl , FIR should be file against you
Worst possible Transport/Courier company, they will make sure you get your parcel delivered around 100-kms , away from the original destination and the best part you need to go and collect it , what a stupid concept for a delivery company. TCI EXPRESS LEADERS IN USELESSNESS.
Worst delivery. I had ordered a Sofa from Flipkart. As per the Flipkart it was scheduled to deliver within 15 days. But this courier service delivered after 1 month.
The behaviour and attitude of manager towards customer service approach is very bad
