Utterly appalling and disappointing service. There's always a delay in delivery and the behaviour of the staff is very unprofessional. Your company's inability to deliver on time has caused me alot of problems. My materials are stuck in sambalpur sin a week and there has not been any movement or update regarding it.

Staff behaviour was not good.

Highly unprofessional, the attitude of the illiterate manager is very casual and uncooperative. Over charging on the actual bill amount, tried to extract money to counter his personal expenses. Worst transport in the whole western odisha belt. Minus ratings. The basic objective of transport is to deliver goods but it fails in that very primary point , as they denied to deliver goods to the destination. Even after continous request they were adamant and harassed the customer to pickup the delivery from their godown. I am amazed as to how these persons even get a job.

One of the worst delivery services in the industry. No update or whatsoever is provided by the staff on why a consignment is late. Our consignment is stuck since a week and there is no update about when it'll be delivered and no support from the staff as well.

Wrost service, high transport charges, customer service is not good.. not good behavior towards customers, always delay in services. Always told no power service issues lot of story they told. So please don't use this service.

Poor service. Late delivery out of expected date. Ecom Express, Ekart,Delhivery are the best.

They dont know how to make an estimate. Even they have kept labours and make the customers pay the wage. Nothing is included in frieght as you have to pay extra for everything
