The services of Mr Subramani Iyer of Vijaya Travel at Mayiladuthurai deserve great appreciation! From Chennai I went to Thirukadaiyur with my wife and daughter to complete my Shashtiabdapoorthy on March 5, 2024, and returned on 6th March afternoon. Right from picking us up from Mayiladuthurai railway station (arrived by Chozhan Express) up to dropping us back, nice care has been taken by him (though he had some personal issues like hospitalisation of his relative etc.,). In fact, he arranged for an SUV while picking us up from Mayiladuthurai station though we booked for a sedan. He charged for sedan fare only! We went to Thirumananjeri and Vaitheeswarankoil on the same day as suggested by him after having lunch. Next day on 6th morning, we asked for a cab to get dropped at Mayiladuthurai railway station (after completing our Shashtiabdapoorthy pooja in the morning) which he could arrange promptly. His staff were also very cooperative in getting our requirements fulfilled to our satisfaction. I would strongly recommend Vijaya Travels whenever you require cab service in Mayiladuthurai.
