Arvind was very helpful and courteous.He helped in shifting our furniture and later in our new house did all the fittings by his own. You should use the services of him.

The owner initially quoted a fixed amount, but during pickup the staff began raising issues—claiming there were too many small household items and demanding an additional 2,000. After unloading at the destination, they again asked for 2,500 more, citing extra distance from the vehicle to the lift. While the pickup staff themselves were polite and cooperative, the captain and the owner were extremely unprofessional to deal with. Despite clearly informing them in advance, they arrived without sufficient packing material and sent two small pickup vans, which only added to the chaos. Overall, this was a poorly planned and poorly managed move with surprise costs at every stage. Definitely not a professional operation. Strongly recommend going with established, professional packers and movers instead this one.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Thane Packers & Movers has been the worst ever, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. I had booked them for a 2BHK shift on 29th November 2025. The owner, Shailendra Gupta, assured me that a big tempo would arrive and that his team would dismantle my wardrobe and king-size bed. But none of these promises were kept. Instead: • Only 3 men arrived with a small tempo, completely unfit for the job • They stuffed my belongings carelessly with no labelling or proper packing • They even tried to move the fridge with all items still inside • The shifting (barely 2 km) took the entire day • They broke my wardrobe and damaged my king-size bed • When I complained, they gave excuses and refused proper repair I contacted the owner, who promised to visit the next day to inspect the damage. He never came, and since then, he has ignored all calls and messages. On top of this, I paid ₹1,500 for AC install/uninstall, and the technician kept asking for extra money for every small nut and bolt used. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and irresponsible. Please do not trust or hire Thane Packers & Movers if you want your belongings handled safely and professionally.

They asked me for extra money as goodwill after they shifted - I gave them 1500 extra , but they have no response for my broken things..They did not even give as simple a a little apology to me for the same..They did not even bubble wrap the pot even after I specified them to. On top of it all my husbands shoes are missing .
