Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. They do not provide replacements for absentee maids and tend to change staff every six months without proper support. Despite repeated requests, they refused to refund the security deposit. We strongly advise against using their services, as it led to a significant financial loss for us.

I have taken the maid service from The house care for the last 3 years and it has been a really great experience. The maids provided by them are highly trained and trustworthy. Mr. Bablu, the owner of the company is a really helpful person as well as he, himself took care of the issues if any, arises during the term.

❌ THE WORST AGENCY IN DELHI!! ❌ Dont ever book from them as they dont have manners how to speak to their clients. There is someone named krishna who is so bad in behaviour with clients and make false promises. We booked a japa for two months who was a specialised and trained THEIF, who picked up clothes from our house and also of our child whom she was looking after ( like swaddle clothes,socks) and we made videos and sent to this guy named krishna who is in house care, he told us that we cannot do anything in this. I demanded a refund from them to which this guy refused. They have a habit of saying that our lawyer will look into this and that. Dont ever waste ur time and money for this agency, there are many good ones in the market apart from them. BEWARE OF THEM GUYS!!

Team Bablu is very supportive and very good service. I am using their service for a third year in a row. My experience has been excellent, the entire staff is coopertaive, and finds you a maid as per your expectations.as promised they stick to replacement too.
