Dishonest owner & Fraud. He commits to have maintenance over 4-5 years for single initial payment. However, the owner will refuse to do the service unless you produce Agreement copy of their service - fortunately I had that handy. Until then he will refuse the record does not exist. However, he asked for money during second maintenance, which they should not have asked within entire 4-5 years of agreement. Scumbag’s name (Owner) is Bimal Das !!!
I suggest Pls don't go for Pioneer Pest solution. You will not be able to contact them after paying the annual fee. They only collect money and not provide services. I am tired of chasing them but got no answer.
