Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.. Yesterday, they themselves shared the price and full details of the cleaning service and clearly said they would send workers today..Today, instead of accepting their mistake, they spoke rudely and blamed me, asking whether I "confirmed" the booking, when they never clearly asked for any confirmation.. There was no follow-up, no written confirmation request, and now they’re acting as if it’s the customer’s fault..Extremely poor communication, lack of responsibility, and rude behavior..I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service..
There is no profesional cleaners are available, star rating is absutly wrong, also the owner and executives are bad mannersed public . Please check the service first where ever they done arler.
