Service experience was extremely poor. They don't care about the customers. After taking the money they just arranged one interview & trial for the sake, candidate profiles often did not match the stated requirements. The maid who they sent ran away within the trial period after taking the money. This also I got to know after calling them multiple times to know why is she not coming or picking my calls. It was mostly one way communication - they would not pick my calls or only reply when I am extremely agitated. They made fake promises on call, kept hanging me for months and then in the end left group saying they cant cater to my services and they won't refund the money. Extremely unprofessional team. Poor service, they are cheaters and fraud people who dont value the customers. I would strongly advise others to not go ahead with them. POOR SERVICE is also an understatement.

Service experience was unsatisfactory. Could not get appropriate Candidate from here, ultimately hired from different Service. Communication lacked consistency with many pauses, and candidate profiles often did not match the stated requirements (Tend to share multiple profiles irrespective of fit for the requirement you might have). Mostly this particular and in general many other services are primarily connecting folks who need Job/work, they may or may not having any suitable experience regarding the expectation with which you might be hiring them. Going to be a lot of luck factor also that you discover someone through these platform who turn out to be suitable for you. I would strongly advise others to review the company’s refund and service policy on their website and discuss requirements in detail upfront rather than relying on any verbal or few lines of assurance regarding the same on whatsapp group.

Very good maid service. The maid is punctual, polite, and does her work neatly. I am fully satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend it to others.

Reliable, genuine and trustworthy agency. They worked with me for months to find a maid and send over many maids to my home, as you know the tantrums of maids.
