I had taken Transdaksh’s service twice. The first time (within city) everything went smoothly and I was satisfied. However, during my recent out-of-state shifting, the experience was disappointing — some goods were missing and the delivery was not as expected. Initially, I gave a 1-star rating due to this. Later, the team refunded me ₹3,000 towards the inconvenience, which I appreciate. Still, the overall process caused stress and was not handled as professionally as I expected. Based on this mixed experience, I am updating my rating to 3 stars.
