This review is for the Pune Pimpri Chinchwad location, my items were stored in the warehouse of Wagholi and there was a team of 4 people managed by this person named Ravi ji I was very satisfied the day I handed over my items to them very carefully they packed and took it all to their warehouse a big Thank you to Ravi AND TEAM made my job very easy as the rents have hiked up and I didn't have any space to keep my stuff with me. Along with would like to thank the entire team since day 1 Punit from the customer care team was always on touch always picked up my call and made sure that my query was solved in just minutes. Not just that with such amazing customer rep team and pick up and drop even their Finance team was also equally helpful with the payments giving wide options to clear all the payments.
