THIRD CLASS service no effect on pest after service.. only MONEY MINDED Business poor workmanship outdated and EXPIRED PESTICIDES are used no effect on pest need to recall them money times useless agency so I suggest do not waste your valuable money there are many people out there

Very bad experience.Not effective to control cockroaches . I hired Ugale pest control service on April 24 for pest control to address a cockroach infestation in my home. Unfortunately, despite the treatment, I have continued to see a significant number of cockroaches. Specifically, I observed cockroaches on kitchen platform ,cabinets, bathroom. I also noticed increase in number cockroaches.The company ensured every time and made promises by the service provider about guarantee of elimination of pest but These promises were not met. I thoroughly cleaned my home and removed food sources. I contacted Ugale pest control again and again to report the ongoing issue. I got done 3 services but there is no effect on cockroaches. they offered a re-treatment, it was not effective . At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of effective cockroach control. I would not recommend this service to anyone.The amount they charge is huge and service is not good as per charges.It was just waste of money. Please see vdo I shared of my kitchen platform.

No Value for money: I paid for whole Annual plan for my 3 BHK Flat. I knew the company was a reputed one since long. However, I totally disappointed by the results. The pest control treatment is not at all effective. Cockroaches are crawling all over the house. The pesticide used is very weak and ineffective. When pointed out to the receptionist on landline, very indifferent response received. All my money Rs. 4000/-totally wasted.

Totally unprofessional service! Taken advance money for annual package where they are supposed to do Pest control every 3 months but no follow up or service done from their side despite repeated reminders. Very poor response on their given contact numbers. Do not fall for their annual package.

Very very pathetic service, useless...they just grab your money, will not send technician ever on committed date and time even after several reminder calls...worst ever experince...not even worth one star

Very poor performance since last four months. I took annual maintenance service but found poor performance and service as no respond found on my problem communicated frequently.Totally waste of money.

Its highly unprofessional don't know why it showing top rated. First service was priceless really appreciate that one. After that made payment for annual subscription. And after that movie started almost last 3 quarter servicing made complaint of 10 plus time. But everytime its not giving result. Now for renewal of annual subscription they ask we will give you one servicing for which i will personally available nd after result you can renew subscription. Now people can choose this service over this sentence. It's doesn't show result failures guiltless. After all we are in business but what i think its not proper way. All the best for those who still going with such genuine feedback. If anyone have doubt over this i will share screenshot of their app where i complaint and they replied as just resolved.
