Ultra clean Solution

Most horrible experience of home cleaning I have ever had. To begin with, their lady when you call them (owner/ customer support I have no clue) is rude, has no honesty, and clearly has no polite communication skills. I should have understood that their service would have been worse. But, since we had had a good experience with them last year for another room, we decided to give them a chance again against our gut feeling. To begin with, they explained that they do not send local unexperienced cleaners. But that is exactly what they did. 2 unexperienced people came and started claiming that they have not been told to clean the chair when in reality I had confirmed that I wanted the chair cleaned with shampoo at an extra cost. After lots of waste of time between calls, they finally agreed. I had also agreed to pay extra for them to remove the items from kitchen before cleaning and then putting them back. They had started cleaning the kitchen walls and ceiling without removing the utensils from the kitchen. Seeing this, I reminded them to remove the utensils from the kitchen, but they said they will not do it. Again a few calls later, they agreed. I told them to clean the three utensils which were dirty due to their error before keeping them outside the kitchen. They said they do not clean utensils. I had to explain to them that these utensils are dirty because you guys did not remove the utensils before cleaning when in fact, I have paid extra Rs 500 for this exact task. Again a few calls and the lady's rude talk later, they agreed. Overall, they are pathetic, rude, unprofessional, unprepared, unmanaged, unmotivated and not worth at all. You will pay for their service and then ultimately will have to constantly tell them which places they have missed, several calls due to their internal lack of communication and will have to bear all the headache of managing them. After all the cleaning, they did not even put all the kitchen items back in their place even though I specifically paid for this service. The cleaners are just in a hurry to finish their work and go and the customer support is unresponsive. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very Bad services provided by these guys. They damaged the tiles of kitchen, left dirty marks on all glasses in the rooms, and put acid containing harsh chemicals on microwave which is not coming out. HORRIBLE !!! Much expensive than normal cleaners, plus unexperienced cleaners. Unable to attach the pictures of their shoddy work!!!

She took the time to clearly explain everything to us and, upon understanding the urgency of our situation, she provided outstanding support and guidance. She arranged for two of their best staff members to assist us — both were punctual, polite, and highly skilled at their jobs. Worst experience do nt stick to the rates they have given they jus change the day and date as the want. Rude staff after commitment of rate they jus refuse the rate given which is on record . Not professional at all.
