Unicorn Packers and movers

I got Unicorn Packer's number from Google. Called them for quote. They provided a very reasonable quote. Shifted with them their team reached at given time. Material reached destination on very discussed time and safely. Highly recommended.

One star because I cant give less than 1. I have booked Unicorn Packers and Movers to move my stuff from Indore to Bangalore. Based on the reviews i have booked it but it becomes the worst packers and movers as they destroyed most of the stuff while shifting. None of the items received in Bangalore without broken, scratch, tored. Please re-think before moving your stuff with unicorn packers and movers. The contact person Navin talks politely but charges too much without taking care of the packaging. I have booked it in rupees 90k to move all the house stuff and with me one unfortunate incident happened due to which i had to hold the truck for 4 extra days in Bangalore and he charged 10k extra for that which was ok because the truck was on halt. But what they did on the day of the delivery date was not reasonable,  i asked him to hold the truck and asked his employees to wait for my instruction before coming to the delivery location. Those guys were waiting for my instructions and within 2 hours I asked them not to come. Navin charged me 3k for those 4 employees unnecessarily. As Navin said it does not matter whether you ask employees to come or not to come you have to pay 3k. The most interesting thing happened on the final delivery day, when those guys came to my house for the unpacking and told me that they didn’t get any money for that day when u cancelled the shifting. One more interesting thing on the day of final delivery, those guys were telling me to give us 13 k before opening the truck, otherwise we would not work as we have instructions from Navin. When i called navin he said the workers are asking for money and i have to transfer money to navin's account. So here Navin was instructing people to talk to me in a harsh way and get the money first and on call navin was telling me it was the workers who wanted money. I got to know it was navin because i have to transfer money in Navin’s account. When i received all the items Navin was asking did u get all the stuff safely so i sent him all the picture’s with the damages and seeing those pics on Whatsapp i did not get any response from Navin not even accepting the mistake done by them and damaging my stuff. I’m putting this review so that people should not suffer the losses and damages which i suffered after booking Unicorn packers and movers and trusting them to move my stuff from Indore to Bangalore safely without any damage. I highly recommend not to book unicorn packers and movers for shifting locally or from one state to another state .Below are the list of the damage items with attached photographs.1) 8-10 glass items broken which includes a big glass bowl, 3-4 big tea cups, flower pot, glass bottles etc. 2) Shoe rack was damaged with full scratches. 3) dent in the fridge. 4) fridge stand broken one leg 5) T.V table received with scratches. 6) two wheeler seat received with scratches. 7) water dispenser stand broken 8) child’s table received with scratches. 9) Bed head rest part received broken 10) Dent in washing machine 11) Dining chair received broken and with so many scratches. 12) Sofa received with scratches

We have shifted with Unicorn Packers and Movers from Indore to Hyderabad and their services are excellent and they was punctual with the time for the delivery on the provided date, we are satisfied with the service and recommend Unicorn packers and movers.
