Being a non resident indian.... I just randomly booked a few salon services and must say I was so impressed with the professionalism & overall service. My service provider girl Mehzabeen was awesome at her job. Jayesh attended my husband for deep tissue massage which again so very good & very relaxing. Overall very good experience with great services.

I had a washing machines door issue, I told them before booking that I want an estimate first as I already knew what exact repair was required, they still asked to book a visit just to provide an estimate, which could be easily given by looking at the photos I shared before. I asked many times, saying it will be a useless visit. They still didn't agree, had me book it, sent someone who came and provided estimate of high amount than expected. I got this sorted with a local technician with less than half price of what they quoted. Waste of time and waste of money with the hopeless service. Very unprofessional and poor customer care response.

Spoiled my 5 Star LG inverter AC. And I paid 6000 rs to get spoiled my AC. Nobody available to listen. Robotic Chat has no other option to listen customer complaint. No customer care number.. Took my AC PCB inner and outer for repairing. And after that wifi feature is not working and service man said.. "wifi ka apko kya kam he ac me.. don't use wifi for safety"..what a answer.amd ask 7-8000 rs to repair that wifi. While they took everything for repair and came back with not working wifi PCB. Very well played Mr. India..

On 21.12.2025, I have booked service for cleaning of 3 bathrooms and paid Rs 1611. The service boy Shri Vinod Kir came and cleaned all 3 bathrooms. When he was about to leave, while using first bathroom cleaned, I used washbasin of the bathroom and found that there was a huge leakage from its outlet pipe. I requested him to put the pipe in order. He told that pipe is damaged during cleaning and asked me to give him cello tape to fix leakage. As cello tape can never prevent water leakage, I gave him the doctor's tape which he wrapped on entire pipe but couldn't fix leakage which was heavy. The cleaning man was inexperienced and because of this damage done by him in the first bathroom he cleaned, he did not clean overhead showers and jet sprays in other 2 bathrooms. Very pathetic service. Yesterday, I have called a plumber to fix leakage. He will come today with new outlet SS pipe of sink and charge me Rs 1100 for his work and new pipe.

I had one of the most disappointing service experiences with Urban Company and feel compelled to warn others. I booked their toilet deep cleaning service, which they heavily advertise as professional and reliable. In reality, it was the opposite. Three different professionals came to my place, and not a single one managed to clean the toilet. A toilet- that wasn’t even heavily dirty to begin with. The last person actually told us the toilet "needs renovation" and "cannot be cleaned." If that’s the case, why is Urban Company even selling this service? Why mislead customers with promises they clearly can’t fulfill? The entire experience was a waste of time, money, and energy. I expected basic competence and accountability from a brand of this scale, instead, I was left frustrated and shocked at how poor the service was. Urban Company seriously needs to fix its quality control and stop advertising services they are not capable of delivering. Not recommended at all.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint about the extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional bathroom cleaning service I received today. Assigned executive completed two bathroom cleanings in just 50 minutes and left both bathrooms in almost the same condition as before. When questioned, he openly stated that he has not received any training from Urban Company, which is shocking and unacceptable. Furthermore, he insisted that we must purchase the "premium service" to get proper cleaning, which clearly reflects a fraudulent and unethical practice. As a customer, I felt cheated and misled. As a woman, I also felt unsafe and uncomfortable during the discussion because of his unprofessional behavior and refusal to perform the service properly. This experience has deeply affected my trust in your platform. This is highly disappointing coming from a reputed service provider like Urban Company. I urge everyone to uninstall this useless app and never go for any of their service. If you really want peace of mind, just skip Urban Company in Ahmedabad.

Mt karan bhoya Came from urban club for plumbing issues. He told me if I hv other plumbing work he can come directly and given his phone details as urban company is expansive so I his contact called him directly. I changed all required plumbing work of 3 bathrooms and accessories where he changed rs 18000/ by giving his bill and he said he will give one year guarantee of all products. I bought new was basin tap which he kept n fitted old one now tap is not working. I called him many times but he is not picking my phone and no reply on WhatsApp. He should get a punishment as he did over charges for all items and now not answering my call
