Urmi Group is not a genuine agency but a well-planned scam operation. We hired a full-time maid through them, who suddenly vanished after just three months, claiming to visit home for Navratri. There were only two family members and minimal workload — yet she disappeared without any notice. The agent Satish took a full year’s fee upfront, stayed responsive only until payment was cleared, and then completely stopped taking calls or replying to messages once the maid went missing. There has been no replacement, no refund, and no accountability whatsoever. It appears to be their regular pattern — rotating the same maid among multiple households every few months and vanishing once money is collected. Urmi Group and Satish are running a fraudulent and unethical business. Do not engage with them under any circumstances — protect yourself and warn others before they become victims of the same scam.
