Worst transport service .. rude staff not picking calls .. everytime there is an issue with weight of the parcels .... actual weight of my parcels is 89 kg and they send Bill T of 250 kg and they are asking me to pay 3X the price for it .. no proper response from bhavnagar and gandhidham branch ...
Very poor service..the billing guy not behaving properly & arguing with the clients..he is so arogant like he owes the company or what..!! Very disgusting behaviour from the staff..change it or shut your office down..0 ratings should be given as per the service provided..old staff was good..!!
